Welcome to Tap Arrow Escape! These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and TapScape ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the mobile game Tap Arrow Escape. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Tap Arrow Escape is a free-to-play casual puzzle and tower defense game. The Game combines merge/elimination mechanics with tower defense gameplay. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only.
The Game does not offer cash prizes, real-money rewards, sweepstakes, gambling, or any form of monetary withdrawal. All in-game items, currencies, scores, and rewards are purely virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. Any virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Game only and are non-transferable.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:
All content in the Game — including graphics, characters, music, code, and the "Tap Arrow Escape" name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Game is ad-supported and may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the practices of third-party advertisers.
If the Game offers in-app purchases of virtual items: purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law (e.g., Google Play or Apple refund policies). Prices may change without notice. Virtual items are not redeemable for cash.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100), OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately; virtual items may be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the Game.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.
